We fell under the spell of this Bastide. The owners as well as Kim and Florien were attentive to our requests for our wedding. They were very helpful. We were able to serve our guests wines from the properties which were unanimously appreciated. We highly recommend this charming place which enchanted our guests.

A moment out of time. We were received by Florian, the cellar master, who introduced us to the Bastide, its history, as well as its good wines. More than a taste experience, it was a real pleasure to interact with people who are as passionate as they are exciting, and who take the time for you. La Bastide is a special place, which we highly recommend. You will not be disappointed, quite the contrary. This was for us one of our favorite moments of our getaway to Carcassonne. We thank you again for your welcome, your authenticity and your human qualities.

I came during the beginning of the harvest, so a very busy time. But the owner Dominique still took the time to show me around. Also saw the enormous tractor used for harvesting. The next day his children also come to help from Paris.

Visit of the place and history of the impressive Bastide! I was able to understand the history of this wine, this landscape and the making of each bottle. The tasting was excellent, we of course left with good bottles that we will be happy to offer and enjoy with the family.
