Il Colle winery: famous for Glera
Il Colle winery is situated in the Treviso province’s San Pietro de Feletto area. The winery is in between the Valdobbiadene and Conegliano that is the best area for growing the Glera grape variety. The Ceschin family, since 1978, has been making Prosecco Superiore DOCG wines with love and passion and have a solid and long winemaking tradition. The Cartizze superior sparkling wine is another great product that is famous in the area.
The company is ISO 9001 certified, and in 2013, Il Colle got the Biologico UE certification after four years of organic farming

The base of the Prosecco wine is the Glera grape, and the region is perfect for the cultivation of the variety.
