above-average premium natural wines. This is the opinion of the most demanding high-class guests at the Neptun restaurant in Piran. In my opinion, it is also the only one that could be compared to the Giuseppe Quintarelli winery, which was already 100 years ahead of its time and exported to America as early as 1924.
