Chiara, the venetian responsible sommelier

I am Chiara, a guide and sommelier who lives in the Prosecco Unesco Hills and who loves the tradition of Italian and Veneto wines and wants to make you discover them in a responsible way!

Wine is part of the culture of our places and often tells stories of families, people, and wineries that have made great missions with their work!  With me, you will discover small realities of excellence, be careful about sustainability, organic and biodynamic methods, sustainable cultivation, and respect those who produce as well as those who consume. I like sparkling wines, and surely I live in the Prosecco area, but I also really like classic methods such as Trento DOC or Franciacorta. Speaking of red wine, in my opinion, Valpolicella Ripasso is the best!
