Exclusive Gourmet Picnic and Wine Tasting Among the Vines

This is the ultimate Experience that will be held privately and held by our wine maker Àngela Salvi, who will guide you through the vineyards around the winery, where she will introduce you to the particularities of our winemaking practice and the philosophy on which we base the entire production process, from the vineyard to the glass. We will continue visiting our biodynamic orchard and the winery, where we will explain the secrets of winemaking. Àngela will guided you thougout the tasting of 4 of our exclusive wines where we will help you differentiate the character of each one and discover their most special organoleptic characteristics.
To complete this experience, we will give you a basket filled with locally crafted artisanal products so you can enjoy an exceptional picnic among the vineyards. Inside you will find the artisanal cheeses from l’Aubreda dairy, awarded with several prestigious prizes such as the World Cheese Awards, the Lactium Awards and the Girona Excel·lent seal. The basket also includes a selection of locally sourced cured meats, along with Costabona artisanal pâté, also recognized with the Girona Excel·lent distinction, all this goods will be accompained with bread, tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil from l’Olivina and salt are essential, allowing you to enjoy an authentic countryside “pa amb tomàquet.” This selection of local gastronomy is accompanied by a bottle of wine from Clos de Basella to perfectly round off this unique pairing.
