The tour begins with a visit to the Primitivo di Manduria vineyards surrounding Masseria Borgo dei Trulli. We then enter our facility. You will then explore the panoramic meeting room, which offers a breathtaking view of the estate's vineyards, before heading to the production area to witness the winemaking process firsthand.
In the cellar, you will discover where the wines are aged in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels (Slovenian, French and American). The experience also includes a look at the method of aging ceramic amphorae, a unique experiment carried out by the artisans of Grottaglie.
The tour ends with a wine tasting in the showroom, inside the historic Masseria Borgo dei Trulli. You will taste 3 wines premium selection - paired with fresh baked goods, dairy products and locally sourced cured meats. A unique experience for wine lovers and those who want to get in touch with the authentic flavors of Puglia.

We spenT a nice time at the Winery. Miriam, our guide was kind, and she guide us through all the process of making wine in the winery. the wine tasting was nice and gracious. We could choose the wine we would like to taste, and more wines could be tasted at a reasonable price.
