La visita verrà accompagnata da una spiegazione dettagliata per capire meglio quello che poi si assaggerà, i vini in degustazione sono: Balter Brut Trento Doc, Balter Nature Trento Doc, Sauvignon, Lagrein Merlot, Barbanico.
Attraverso quest’esperienza sarà possibile conoscere la realtà familiare nella quale i vini vengono prodotti. Balter è casa, la famiglia ama il proprio mestiere e desidera farlo al meglio. Lavorando la terra nel rispetto dell’andamento delle stagioni e senza forzature, seguendo con cura ogni aspetto della produzione e gestendo la parte commerciale ed organizzativa. Infatti l’azienda gestisce internamente anche il processo di sboccatura. Balter cerca di esserci sempre: per questo assaggiando il loro vino sarà possibile ritrovare la loro personalità e quello che significa per la famiglia essere vignaioli.
Verrà poi raccontata anche la storia del castelliere, da edificio militare a cantina, dove la famiglia si impegna a proporre una coltura naturale.
Per chi volesse è possibile accompagnare i vini in degustazione ad un ottimo tagliere di prodotti locali, selezionando l’opzione in fase di prenotazione. La cantina offre anche la possibilità di prenotare soltanto la degustazione dei vini senza la visita.

Went there with my boyfriend 2 days ago. The beautiful experience!!! We had the opportunity to get to know this wonderful family reality up close. Agostina was very kind and conveyed all her passion to us. Obviously there is nothing to say about the wines. We will definitely be back!!!!!

The vineyard is located in an old castle above Rovereto and thus offers a beautiful scenery. The balter family gave us a warm welcome and since it was only the two of us participating on the tour, it felt really familial. After a short historical introduction about the history of the castle, we went into the wine cellar. There we were told all about the production of the regional Trentodoc, white and red wine. Clementina explained it in a way that even a layperson could understand and answered all our questions. At the end, of course, we tasted all the products and applied what we had learned directly. It was incredibly tasty, interesting and we were able to try the products without any time pressure. If you're looking for a family atmosphere, this is the place for you!
Great experience in this small company. Nicola, with his authentic, simple and special way of doing things, explains the production processes and decisions with disarming ease. It's nice to deal with someone who cares so much about the work in the land and in the cellar. The Trento was excellent but we really enjoyed the Lagrein!! Unbeatable value for money!
