The vineyard at Red Edge winery has been producing famous Shiraz and Shiraz and Cabernet wines since the 1970s. Visit the vineyards and wine cellar situated on a slope overlooking the town of Heathcore, Australia, about 100 kilometers north of Melbourne. The current winemaker Peter Dregde has expanded the range of varieties grown and produced. Visitors can take a tour to learn about the minimal intervention approach to growing and harvesting grapes and producing hand crafted wines.
