Beautiful winery at the start (or end) of the red wine trail. Particularly beautiful red wines here

We stopped in yesterday and the fine menu was a very pleasant surprise. We had the Riesling Ritter, the food was delicious, beautifully presented and the service was super friendly. The menu is really recommendable, we thought it was a real insider tip. Small but fine restaurant that stands out from the crowd and what you usually get and at an absolutely fair price-performance ratio. We'd love to come back, the menu made us curious. Regional products and above all of excellent quality. This makes going out a pleasure. A really lovely little restaurant.

We were guests on a Sunday afternoon and were very satisfied. Firstly, there are the wines, which surprise with their freshness and fruitiness in the whites and are excellent representatives of the Ahr in the reds. The small snack was really tasty. We recommend the grain box with wild garlic butter and the classic, the lukewarm sandwich with a fantastic roast beef from Eifel cattle. We will definitely come on a weekend when the small restaurant is open - a look at the creative menu and the well-stocked wine fridge makes you want more. Praise also goes to the friendly service.

A stylishly decorated restaurant with friendly service. We also did a wine tasting with our meal. There were 6 wines in total, each with a short explanation of how they were made and details. The food was exceptionally good, big compliments to the chef. The wine selection covered a wider range, from white to rosé to red, semi-dry and dry. The varieties are certainly a matter of taste, but you can undoubtedly taste the quality of the wine and the passion behind it. A visit is definitely worth it. Both the wine and the food are highly recommended.
