The wine tasting and visit at Weingut Sermann is an excellent opportunity to explore the wine making that uses natural fermentation processes. The tour comprises of the winery, cellar and tasting room facing the steep slopes of Altenahr. There is also an opportunity to visit the cellar, have a great lunch at the winery and also winetastings. They have a tasting at the tasting room next to the cellar building.

One can choose from 6 to 10 wines from their list. They are focused on dry wines but also have some semi-dry ones and a Riesling Spätlese and Auslese which are very voluminous caused to the noble rot.
