Villa Yustina Winery – founded in 2006
The Villa Yustina Winery was founded in 2006 and in 2008 it was made famous through the planting of the first 20 hectares of vineyards. Later in 2014, the extent of the vineyards doubled to 42 hectares. With the help of the Euro Project in 2013, the winery was built completely with the new wine cellar with is now the perfect example of the modern wine industry in Bulgaria. The winery is situation along the outskirts of the Rhodopi Mountains in Ustina Village, 26 km from Plovdiv – a region with a significant and far-reaching wine history. The vision of the winery is to produce small amounts of high-quality boutique wine aged in specially curate barrels.

Some of the grown varieties are Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Chardonnay, Aligote, Gewurztraminer, Merlot, and Pinot Noir
The vineyards of Villa Yustina are located 4 km away from the actual winery on a slope of 300m in altitude. The position of the rows of vineyards is northeastern where the terroir is perfect for the growth of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Chardonnay, Aligote, Gewurztraminer, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Mavrud and Rubin varietals. The goal of the winery is to create quality still and sparkling wines from grapes sourced from their very own vineyards and to develop tourism to the estate and the greater region.
The winery has various awards and medals that the wines have received from international wine competitions.
A unique aspect of the estate is their experimental base showroom of Tomika Metal AD which allows them to produce different styles of wine using the latest technologies and competing on the international winemaking market.
