Once it is done soaking it is drained and boiled. When the sago is soft and ready it is strained and then mixed with boiled wine and water. Before serving the dessert is left to cool slightly.

Tainha na Taquara is a dish of mullet fish roasted in Taquara that is typical of the Rio Grande do Sul, in the south of Brazil. This dish is typically sold at the Festo do Mar which is a festival that is held every two years in the city of Rio Grande.
