"Launched every year on Saint Martin's Day (11th of November), this brand was created to respond to the huge demand for the New Wine at this time of the year. Made from grapes harvested in August and bottled in November of the same year, ""Vinum Novum"" is a wine with only 3 months of contact with the wine masses, which results into a Talha Wine that reveals itself with a young and aromatic character, and a lot of notes of fresh fruits. The bottling process is done manually, without using filters and adding a very small amounts of sulphites, it is recommended to be drunk within a 2 years period after bottling. This wine is produced every year in the varieties of red, white and palhete."
