Talha White - Honrado Vineyards

"Talha” was the first brand to be launched by Honrado Vineyards, and it represents the purest values of what a Talha Wine should be. Talha White was designed to be as faithful as it can be to the ancient production techniques and know-how, which is why this wine is our "Original One". Vinified from the grape varieties Antão Vaz, Arinto, Perrum and Diagalves during August/ September, this wine is kept in contact with the wine masses inside the clay pot until December, remaining in contact with the clay for a total of 4 months. Subsequently, a batch was made from several clay amphoras, before the bottling process.

It shows an initial softness followed by a good acidity, which reawakens the intense citrus aromas with a long and memorable end.

Talha White goes well with cheese, charcuterie and white meats.
