Viticulture

Coupage of Carignan and Grenache from selected old vines from singular plots of the Pins-Vens estate. Stony limestone soil and south oriented.

Vinification

Extraction of phenolic compounds through pumping-over and "pigeage" (punching the cap). Maceration as appropriate to the potential of each plot. Aging 12 months in French oak barrels  (225 liters and 400 liters) with its fine lees (bâtonnage). A minimum of 2 years in bottle before its release on the market.

Tasting Notes

•An elegant and fresh gastronomic wine for demanding wine lovers. From south-oriented plots of our Pins Vens estate. Its aromas are characterized by their complexity and good balance. In the mouth it is soft, wide and sweet, harmonized by a fine touch of granular tannin, with a point of integrated acidity that gives it a long, fresh and persistent finish.
