The unique appearance of the Ritino variety in a unique blend with Syrah, giving us a fresh wine, with strong pigments, rich in aromas of red fruits and rounded tannins, which are due to the Ritino variety. This variety comes from North Evia and is being revived after the intensive efforts of winemaker Spyros Skoumpri in collaboration with agronomist Giorgos Theodorou from northern Evia. For many years, the extincted North Evia variety had been forgotten. Six years ago, this variety was planted, from which we got the first harvest this year. It gives us a wine rich in aromas and body that can be consumed slightly chilled, either by combining it with gastronomic dishes or enjoying it alone in a glass.
