It is a dry wine with a light lemon color. On the nose, there are generous aromas of green apple, pear and hints of lemon blossom. On the palate, the crisp acidity and the oily sensation framed by the green apple, pear, citron and lemon, create a whole full of freshness. Ideally, you can enjoy it as an aperitif, next to a fresh salad, or Linguini with scallops and parsley, served at 8-9°C.
