Golden color in the glass. On the nose, intense peach, lime, jasmine flowers, with notes of pineapple. Peach characterizes the mouth, framed by apricot and hints of nuts. The emphasized acidity balances extremely well with the oiliness and sweet background of the late harvest. Served at 9-10oC, next to a panna cotta with light apricot jam, it will take off the moment!
