White dry wine/ Λευκό ξηρό κρασί
A dry wine with a lemony color. Aromatic with notes of white flowers (jasmine, lemon blossoms), citrus fruits (lime, grapefruit, lemon) and stone fruits (peach, apricot). Malagouzia, in addition to its intense aromatic character, also has a very special oily texture. This makes it ideal to combine with tender mollusks such as cuttlefish and squid, grilled or sautéed. If you add some aromatic sauce based on citrus fruits and herbs to the dish, the combination will be ideal. On the other hand, it can pleasantly accompany green salads and pasta with light vegetable sauces or pesto at 8-9°C.
