Tenuta La Cà: A Modern Winery in Veneto

A cheerful white wine blend made from about 50% Corvina and Rondinella vinified as whites, and about 50% Garganega and Pinot Grigio. Grown on morainic, medium-textured, calcareous soil at 150m altitude with certified organic viticulture. Hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks, aged 6-7 months on lees before bottling with lunar calendar consideration.
