La Cà Bianco Estate

Tenuta La Cà: A Modern Winery in Veneto  

A fresh white wine blend mainly of Pinot Blanc (under 80%) and Pinot Grigio, grown on morainic, loamy, medium-textured calcareous soil at 142m altitude. Certified organic farming is practiced with harvest by hand early September. The grapes are whole-pressed, fermented in steel tanks with indigenous yeasts, then refined for 18 months in large French oak barrels. Bottled in spring with lunar calendar consideration.
