A&D Wines- a Family-Run Winery Located in the Region of Baiao

A&D Wines is a family-owned wine producer located in the Vinho Verde region, just over the Douro river valley, which can be seen from the estate. The biggest organic certified wine producer in the region, A&D Wines focus on quality wines made with native varieties, wild yeast and a sustainable, minimal approach to wine-making. Most of their production is exporter to Europe, US, Canada and Japan.

The Winery Uses Organic and Sustainable Methods

The vineyards of A&D Wines are located in some of Baião’s best regions, such as Casa do Arrabalde, Quinta de Santa, and Quinta dos Espinhosos. The climate, rainfall, and soil are ideal here for the cultivation of high-quality organic grapes. Most of the energy used in the estate comes from the solar panels built in the estate. Water is used with great criteria. Light-weight bottles help us reduce our ecological footprint.

The property is beautiful, the staff is very attentive. After a short stroll around the estate (very well maintained and very pretty) you can choose several tastings according to your budget and your desires. The charm and calm of the place is unique, we spent a moment out of time that we recommend !! Thank you again 🍷✨

Wonderful, welcoming farm. Excellent wines! A space focused on organic farming. We did the Avesso Experience tasting and it was enough to get to know the farm's good wines, with a complete presentation of the grape varieties and their production. We also opted for the cold lunch which was very appetizing. Friendly staff who know the wine and the farm. Excellent price and quality.

We had a wonderful visit to A&D Winery with a tour through the beautiful vineyard and wine tasting with tapas! Diana and Afonso were so kind and very helpful in explaining the wines and details of the property. Great experience in a beautiful setting!

A pleasant walk through the Quinta with Diana as the perfect guide. The tasting takes place in a relaxing setting at the foot of a beautiful pool, accompanied by a good sommelier and some delicious tapas.
