The Winery with Immense Respect for Old Viticultural Methods
Founded in 1999, the estate belongs to a group of expert winemakers. The group restored an old winery to establish Bodegas Arúspide, respecting its ancient architecture. With great love and obsession for wines and immense respect for old viticultural methods, the winery porduces only the highest quality wines. Today, Bodegas Arúspide has moved to another new and spacious facility maintaining the avant-garde spirit and producing a new line of products with Castilla-La Mancha DO labels. The wines produced include top quality red and white wines, along with fresh rosé wines.
Tempranillo, Merlot,Verdejo, Airen, and Chardonnay Cultivation
With great respect for nature and its surroundings, Bodegas Arúspide Winery grows a broad range of grapes, including Tempranillo, Merlot, Graciano, Malbec, and Syrah. Some of the other vines they grow are traditional Verdejo, Airen, Chardonnay, and Viognier, all within the Vino De La Tierra De Castilla region. During the harvest, the grapes are picked manually, and only the best bunches with precise maturity are selected and sent to the cold rooms for further processing. Under controlled temperature conditions, the estate places its wines in French oak wooden barrels for effective and active aging and refinement. You can discover the impressive bottling room of Bodegas Arúspide where the final step of wine production takes place.
