Winemaker Igor Sill developed a deep appreciation for Bordeaux wines after being introduced to renowned estates like Château Margaux and Château Latour in the late 1970s. His journey in winemaking began with a commitment to quality, honed during his time with Francois Pinault’s Group Artemis, the owner of Château Latour. Igor's wines are celebrated for their rich expressiveness, elegance, and long, silky finishes. Nestled in the serene landscape of Napa Valley, the winery offers a unique blend of fine wine, sunshine, and culinary delights that captivate every visitor.

Expertise in Winemaking

As a Court of Master Sommelier, Igor has judged prestigious wine competitions, including the International Wine Challenge. He earned his Master’s degree from Oxford University and studied viticulture at UC Davis. His experience at V. Sattui Winery and Opus One Winery deepened his love for Napa’s diverse microclimates. In 2016, he acquired the 24-acre Atlas Peak Mountain Winery property, formerly known as Ardente Estate Winery, channeling his passion for fine Bordeaux and Burgundian wines into a commitment to artisanal winemaking.
