Located in the picturesque Valley of Chio, just outside Castiglion Fiorentino in Arezzo, Tuscany, Buccelletti Casali is a family winery steeped in rich traditions. The unique environmental conditions of this region contribute to the production of exceptional Valdichiana DOC and IGT Toscana wines, as well as high-quality extra virgin olive oil.

A Women-Led Winery

Guided by the talented women of the Buccelletti family, this estate spans 60 hectares (148 acres), with six hectares dedicated to vineyards. Situated at an average altitude of 330 meters above sea level, the south-facing loamy soil nurtures a variety of grapes, including Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Syrah, Merlot, Aleatico, Trebbiano, Grechetto, and Vermentino. The meticulous grape selection during fruit thinning, hand harvesting, and a blend of traditional and modern winemaking techniques ensure that each wine reflects the unique character of the land.

Crafting Exceptional Wines

At Buccelletti Casali, all wines are crafted in-house. The wines of Paggino, Albestre, and Arrone are aged in steel and cement, while Poventa and Merigge mature in French and Slovenian oak tonneaux.
