A story of family, rugby, and exceptional terroirs. Founded in 1926 after the family arrived from Italy, Domaine Christophe Avi celebrates a century of passion for winemaking. After a successful career on the rugby field, Christophe took up the family torch with two deep-seated passions: a commitment to excellence and a spirit of sharing. The secret to our wines? A unique geographical location. As an independent winemaker, we cultivate our vineyards with infinite care, respecting the environment (certified organic). What sets us apart is an exceptional terroir located at the border of two major appellations in southwestern France: the Buzet AOP and the Brulhois AOP. This duality allows us to craft a range of unique, characterful wines that are always focused on enjoyment. Much more than just a bottle—it’s an experience to share, whether it’s a festive bottle with friends or a richer, more complex wine.

The selection is excellent, and the red wines are simply outstanding. We were also very warmly welcomed and given excellent advice by the lady at the till. Very friendly people. I highly recommend it!

I went to Domaine Avi, not for the first time, to celebrate the estate's 100th anniversary, and I had a wonderful time. I would definitely go back. What's more, the wine is perfect for any occasion, from aperitifs to meals—a true wine to share with friends.
