The vineyard's soils, rich in siliceous clay and chalk, contribute to the exceptional quality of the grapes. With vines aged between ten and fifty years, the low yields result in highly concentrated fruit. The vineyard plots, known as The Heaven and The Sunburned, produce wines that are both fruity and powerful. Earl Domaine Nicolas Brunet exclusively cultivates the White Pineau of the Loire Valley, also referred to as White Chenin. This grape variety is versatile, allowing for the production of sparkling and still white wines that range from dry to sweet. The wines have garnered national and international recognition for their outstanding quality and flavor. Notable selections include the Vouvray AOC Methode Traditionnelle Brut 2018, La Bulle Nature Extra Brut 2016, Sec Coeur de Silex 2019, Vouvray Moelleux 2003, and Vouvray 2003 Cuvee du Paradis.
