Our winery was founded with a specific goal: to enhance a unique terroir at 1,200 meters above sea level, through an artisanal approach and the utmost respect for biodiversity.

Your experience will begin with a guided tour of our vineyards, known as "heroic" due to their climatic conditions and the slopes where they grow on clay and limestone soils. We'll tell you what it means to be "custodial winemakers" and how we practice agroecology to preserve this mountain ecosystem.

We'll continue into the cellar and our tasting room for a sensory journey that celebrates the refined elegance and freshness of our wines. You'll taste our signature labels, including:
