Located in the heart of Rosignano Monferrato, this historic Piedmontese winery is where the Bonzano family has brought their winemaking vision to life, cultivating their passion for wine day after day.

This wine experience will take you on a tour of the ancient Pietra da Cantoni quarries, once used for stone extraction and now transformed into atmospheric aging cellars, as well as the production winery, where you will discover the methods and techniques behind the winemaking process.

The visit includes a delightful tasting of five wines (5 cl each), paired with a selection of local cheeses and cured meats, offering an authentic taste of the region.

My husband and I visited the cellars of Castello di Uviglie a few days ago! Niccolò kindly and professionally introduced us to this wonderful reality, the quarries, the production cellar, the new tasting rooms, the large room with a wonderful view of the vineyards and the Monferrato countryside and finally the excellent wines they produce. Go there, you will be pleasantly surprised and satisfied!!

Great visit of the Castello di Uviglie! Staff super friendly and visit carried out by the owner who is so nice and passionate. The wine tasting was really good too, comes with local cheeses and salami. They transformed and old garage into a reception hall with a magnificent view of the countryside (there was a concert and art expo the day we went). Enjoyed every minute of it!

We were at Castello di Uviglie, immersed in the wonderful hills of Monferrato, for a tasting with a visit to the cellars and quarries. It was a unique experience, the visit to the quarries is unmissable and the quality of the wines absolutely top-notch. The friendliness and hospitality of the staff are the icing on the cake. Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful experience, first visit to the quarries, then tour of the cellar and finally a complete tasting. Of course the wines are excellent, from the classic method to the barricaded reds and the passito. Congratulations to the young winemaker who accompanied us.
