The term "Omphalos," meaning "navel" in Greek, historically referred to a stone or sacred object symbolizing the center of the world. This ancient symbol has sparked curiosity and speculation about its connection to the legendary island of Atlantis.

Could this navel indeed point to the fabled island mentioned by great thinkers like Plato, Homer, and Aristotle?

Recent discoveries suggest that the true center of the world may lie in Sardinia, specifically in the Mandrolisai region where our vineyards and cellar are located. This captivating area is rich in history and natural beauty, making it a perfect backdrop for our wines.

Join us for a tasting of three exceptional wines that embody this unique heritage:

1. Omphalos Bovale Isoal dei Nuraghi IGT 2020

2. Omphalos Cannonau di Sardegna DOC 2020

3. Omphalos Vermentino di Sardegna DOC 2021

Each wine reflects the balance of freshness and elegance that defines our region, offering a taste of Sardinia's rich cultural and natural heritage. Experience the essence of the center of the world with every sip.

Original wines, including a pure Bovale. All drops show a lot of terrain, little use of wood, moderate alcohol content. Extremely friendly, spontaneous Degu made. The trunk was full afterwards 😂🤣😘

A winery that works with the heart, with the strength of the land of which it is part. The passion of the people who work there reaches right into the bottles. Impossible not to buy a few bottles!!!

Beautiful label dedicated to the centenarians of Sardinia, the wine is very good and Stefano and Fabio were really very kind in welcoming me and telling me what the beautiful Mandrolisai area is.

We passed by chance in Sorgono, we took a look at the Mandrolisai cellar and tasted an excellent wine, the kentanos and a Moscato passito, so we couldn't leave empty-handed. Excellent quality/price. Well done
