At Minkov Brothers Wine Cellar, your experience begins with a warm welcome from the winemaker. As you stroll along the scenic wine route, you’ll gain insight into the art of winemaking, from the lush vineyards to the state-of-the-art production room. This guided tour lasts an hour and a half, allowing you to witness the entire wine production process firsthand. After the tour, you’ll be invited to the tasting room, where you can sample four carefully selected wines, including red, white, and fortified varieties. Each wine is paired with delightful bites of locally sourced cheese and fresh bread, enhancing your tasting experience. Incredibly beautiful place for a wine tasting. At the time of arrival there was no one there at all. Here we were greeted by security and escorted inside. We tried 5 different white wines and one red wine here. There were also a few additional bonus tasting wines and they were all great! It is very nice to wander around the shop and see how many different types of wine this shop produces.
