Wine Tasting and Tour at Château des Ravatys

The Château des Ravatys offers a guided wine tasting tour with one of the oenologists working at the old wine estate.

You will start the visit with an introduction to the history of the castle (property of the Pasteur Institute) then you will have the opportunity to discover the vines (adjacent to the castle) as well as the grape variety and the terroir of the estate. The team will guide you to the winery where they will explain the process from the arrival of the harvest to the end of fermentations. In the cuvage you will be able to see the numerous vats and the imposing press. To end the visit, you will go to the 2 underground cellars and will enjoy a 3-wine tasting in the cellar.

Winery visits are available for groups of 10 people or more. The tasting takes place during the opening hours or only by appointment. Individuals over 18 years can visit the shop.
