I Sodi del Paretaio - Badia Di Morrona

Tasting Notes

Good freshness on the nose with perceptible notes of fruit and flowers. On the palate, the wine is pleasurable and versatile, soft in its tannins and ripe.

A perfect wine for salami, cheese, and red meat.

It will easily age for 3 or 4 years.

Blend:Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah
Aging: for ten months in concrete or stainless steel tanks.
