La Suvera - Badia Di Morrona

The fruit of a blend of important International varieties, Chardonnay, and Viognier, it is a wine which is both structured and soft. The sapidity of the territory is well present.

Tasting Notes

A full straw yellow in color with light golden highlight, the elegant Mediterranean and exotic aromas recall tropical fruit. The development in bottle gives elegant, complex, and mineral notes. On the palate the wine is ample, intense, and persistent with a balanced acidity.

Food Pairings

Ideal with pasta and rice dishes with fish and white meat.

To Drink

It is a long-lived white wine wich will last three or four years after the vintage.

Technical Notes

Blend: Chardonnay, Viognier.
Aging: six months in barrel for the Chardonnay, only stainless steel tanks for the Viognier.
