Vintinove Winery, Famous for Doc Venezia Wines

The Vintinove winery is renowned for its DOC Venezia wines made using exclusive grapes grown on their vineyards located in Venice’s Portogruaro area in the Lison Classico DOC. The modern estate is the result of a renovation that took place in the late 1990s. Earlier herbs were grown here, but since 2000 the entire estate is dedicated to the cultivation of vines. Their famous red and white wines are made using local grape varietals as well as international varieties.

Elite Level of Winemaking

The company grows around 2000 quintal grapes every year, out of which 30,000 wine bottles, all certified DOC, are made. They respect the natural balance of vines and adapt their cultivation methods according to the grape types and natural conditions. The objective is to obtain fruity grapes to make simple, fresh, and high-quality wines. The owners supervise everything from vine cultivation, harvest, winemaking, to the bottling of wines. Traditional manual techniques are combined with modern innovative technology for elite-level winemaking.

The Glorious Red Wine of Vitinove

Vintinove’s Brand 29 tributes the origin and winemaking traditions of their area. It also pays respect to the owner’s father, who bought the land where their vines are planted now. Grapes grown at their estate are Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Carmenere, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Glera, and Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso. The grapes are used to make red, white, and sparkling wines. Two of their red wines are famous. Arcumbe is a blend of Carmenere, Merlot, and Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso while Karanto is a Riserva of Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso.
