Your day begins at 08:00 AM with a private pickup at your hotel. Your specialized guide and chauffeur lead you toward the Potrerillos region.

• Restoration in Action: You learn about the Sumá Nativas project. Scientific experts from CONICET work here to restore ecosystems damaged by wildfires.
• Your Impact: As part of the Auvur protocol, a portion of your tour directly funds the restoration. You will sponsor native seedlings to be planted in degraded areas. Your contribution provides the resources needed for these plants to thrive in the harsh mountain climate.

The Terroir: Kaiken Winery & Sustainability

At midday, you descend into the Vistalba region to visit Kaiken Winery. This estate is a pioneer in sustainable viticulture in Mendoza.

• Sustainable Vision: You will learn about their energy efficiency, water management, and biodynamic practices that protect the local biodiversity.
• Technical Tasting: Experience a curated tasting of their most iconic wines. You will taste the direct result of the water you saw earlier in the morning, now transformed into world-class Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon.

The Experience: Ramos Generales by Francis Mallmann

Lunch is served at Ramos Generales, the vineyard restaurant directed by the legendary Francis Mallmann.

• Three-Course Culinary Journey: You will enjoy a refined three-course menu paired with Kaiken’s premium labels. The cuisine highlights open-fire techniques and local, seasonal ingredients.
