Grape Varieties
Their vineyards are divided between the Masseria Celentano and Fattoria Cavalli farms neat the city of Lucera. The Bulkan winds, soil, and the unique microclimate here favor the cultivation of vines. The grapes that grow here include Primitivo, Negroamaro, Nero di Troia, Syrah, and Falanghina. The winery in Lucera has controlled temperature and humidity for the proper processing of wines and ageing. There is also a new warehouse and bottling plant where the finished wines are stored.
