Since 1970, Valentina and Giancarlo have cultivated what is now the Valentina Cubi Estate. The winery has embraced organic practices since 2010 and achieved full certification in 2014. This commitment to organic winemaking reflects a philosophy of harmony with nature, aiming to create a healthier environment for future generations while producing exceptional wines. The estate spans thirteen hectares, with ten dedicated to vineyards. The vines are cultivated using both the Guyot and Pergola Veronese trellis systems, ensuring optimal growth and quality.

But not only in the glass: the beautiful farmhouse that serves as a cellar and wine shop is tastefully and elegantly furnished, it is really pleasant to be welcomed in this beauty. I already knew and appreciated their wines and shared their sustainability philosophy, which is why I was very interested in visiting them. Filippo, with professionalism and kindness, took us first to the cellar and then to the tasting. Before leaving, we also had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Valentina and congratulating her personally

Arriving without an appointment, we asked if there was a possibility to taste the cellar's products. We were welcomed in a friendly manner and the possibility of a cellar tour and wine tasting was promised. We were guided through the structure and the explanations were interesting and very pleasant! Very welcoming family winery with very friendly and competent staff. We felt welcome and cared for. Excellent wines with a philosophy and a thought that can be found in the glass. We were pleasantly surprised by Amarone and Recioto. High quality and well-made products. COMPLIMENTS. Recommended and returned especially because of the excellent reception.

Excellent wines. If in Valpolicella and want to taste high class wines this is a must to visit. This was our second time and will gladly go again. Also the service is 🔝. Thank you for the hospitality
