That Winery On Top of the Cenciurio Hill

Each procedure of winemaking that leads to the final product at Bric Cenciurio is meticulated and planned with love

Bric Cenciurio Comes From Family

The winery is located on top of the Cenciurio Hill and hence the name. In the heart of the Langhe, among the hills of Barolo, Bric Cenciurio resides from the early nineties. Franco Pittatore and his brother in law Carlo Sacchetto go together to combine their family lanks and give birth to the winery.

Commitment to Reducing Use of Synthetic Chemicals

The owners started the winery with a vision to produce good crops and reduce the use of synthetic chemicals in the vineyards while doing so. This takes a little bit more effort, of course, but to the pair, it is every bit worth that extra effort. Good agricultural practices passed on from parents and grandparents have also made this possible..

A Respectful Winemaking Method at The Winery

The winemaking process is handled carefully and with dedication at Bric Cenciurio. The perfect combination of technology and tradition are taken in parallel to ensure the best results. The raw materials are respected the way they should be and harvest is carried out by hand.
