I am a wine lover and especially a prosecco lover. I had never been on a guided tour of a winery where prosecco was produced and Saturday 15/02/25 was my first time. What can I say? Giulio, our guide was good to say the least 🤩 he explained the whole wine production process in detail and I was amazed. The wine tasting was a crescendo of emotions and flavours explained in a simple but impeccable way. The winery is family-run which I really like because the best product is always in the small things! If you want to spend a day that is different from the usual and enjoy a good prosecco, I recommend the Fasol Menin winery. You will not leave empty-handed.

Tasting of Glera indescribably unique. The winery is in a truly beautiful location. The passion for the land and the grapes is evident from the moment you cross the threshold "jealously" guarded by the chameleon. To describe the wines you have to taste them, which is why we believe that the Fasol Menin winery should be a must-see for those who are in the Valdobbiadene area. We wish that Giulia and Alessandro and those who work with them appreciate all the beauty, goodness and kindness they have given us. We will definitely be back!

We stopped after the race to see what kind of prosecco they had, but as soon as we arrived we were amatér. Beautiful space, great service and even better tasting. Thank you very much and keep it up
