A Legacy of Winemaking in Piedmont
Centuries of Winemaking Tradition
Daniele Olivero represents a new wave of winemakers, combining education in viticulture and enology with a deep passion for his homeland. The Olivero Daniele farm, steeped in history, is nestled in Cassine, amidst the picturesque hills of Alto Monferrato Acquese.
Exceptional Terroir
The vineyards flourish on the surrounding hills, benefiting from optimal exposure and mature soils that yield high-quality grapes. Our vineyards, some nearly a century old, thrive in clay-rich soil, allowing us to craft wines with a diverse array of aromas and flavors. We adhere to 100% natural production methods, avoiding herbicides and sulfites to ensure a pure drinking experience without unwanted aftereffects.
Award-Winning Wines
Our Barbera D'Asti "Filari Corti" DOCG has garnered the "Marengo DOC" award for three consecutive years (2016-2018), thanks to its 12-month aging in Tonneau and bottle. This recognition has placed us alongside esteemed historical brands, as highlighted by Paolo Massobrio in the press. In 2018, we also received the ONAV "3 Prosit" award and the "Italian Excellence" award for three years running (2017-2019).
Our region, Alto Monferrato Acquese, has seen a surge in food and wine tourism, attracting international visitors eager to experience its UNESCO Heritage sites and culinary delights. With a diverse range of 14 wine labels, we cater to various tastes, showcasing the unique qualities of our hilly terroir.
