Crafting Elegance on the Monferrato Hills of Piedmont

Located in the picturesque Monferrato hills of Piedmont, iDivini is nestled within a UNESCO World Heritage buffer zone, surrounded by ancient vineyards. Our winery, situated in the charming town of Isola d’Asti, boasts vines that are between 75 and 100 years old. Founded in 2018 by the dynamic duo Koen and Anna, iDivini combines modern winemaking techniques with the rich traditions of the region, creating a unique and elegant winery experience.

iDivini's Commitment to Innovative Winemaking

At iDivini, we focus on crafting fine wines that showcase the unique character of our grapes. Each wine undergoes careful refinement, allowing us to transform our high-quality grapes into contemporary wines. We prioritize local grape varieties, including Barbera, Freisa, Cortese, Pinot Nero, and Nebbiolo, many of which are lesser-known. Our eleven distinct products adhere to the official appellation system, with Barbera d’Asti DOCG being the most recognized, alongside our well-regarded Freisa d’Asti DOC and Piemonte DOC Cortese.

Crafting Unconventional Wines at iDivini

We take pride in creating unconventional wines, such as our Freisa d’Asti aged in small oak barrels and our unique Monferrato Rosso DOC blends. Additionally, we have developed a traditional method for sparkling wine using Pinot Nero and Cortese grapes, offering a refreshing twist on classic styles. Our commitment to innovation and tradition ensures that every bottle reflects the essence of the Piedmont region.

A very nice wine tasting in your own language! Price very good! Also included is a fairly large and tasty anti-pasto platter! Beautiful and very tasty wines! Nice stories behind the names of the wines and also nice labels! Dog Rudi is also super sweet, just like the hostess - and gentleman! Nice souvenirs for home!

We visited the winery ealier this week. Anna have us a (private) tour. She really took her time to tell us all about the production process and afterwards she thorouhly explained us about their wines. The vineyards are very close to the winery, and Anna and her partner are involved in both the growing of the grapes and the wine making process. Each wine really has their own story. One of the most personal experiences we have had visiting a winery and not to forget: very nice wines from (mostly) native Italian grapes. Definitely recommend to visit of you’re in the area!!

Had a fantastic wine tasting from An today. Respect for these people who not only produce many different wines, but also delicious wines. They speak passionately about how they make the wines. This is followed by an extensive tasting including an extensive "antipasti" dish. And the time she took for us. Recommended. And thank you again! We enjoyed it.

We had a very fun and entertaining tour of the winery. The passion for winemaking is palpable. The wines we drank during the extensive tasting (with cheese and charcuterie) are of a very high standard. If you are in the area, a visit to iDivini is definitely recommended.
