Of which 26 hectares located in the municipality of Dogiliani and 3 in the town of Monforte d’Alba. The company has excellent vineyards cultivating unique varieties of grapes. The Pecchenino’s farm was established in the 18th century, the winery which has a trend of inheriting the knowledge from father.

Brief History of the Winery

The winery gives documentation that dates back to the early 1900s when the wines produced under the guidance of grandfather Attilio with just 8 hectares of land. For obtaining better softness, the vineyards of the company are kept grassed, which protects from erosion. Since 79s, the company was passed to his son Marino and later in 87 to his sons Orlando and Attilio.

New Techniques used by the Winery

The rise of the winery started while acquiring new land and vineyards. The winery uses gujot as a breeding system, and thus, the whole work is done manually with passion and hard work. When grapes are transported to the cellar, the destemming is carried out. The maceration of fermentation is done at a controlled temperature.
