The vineyards stand in the Piana di Castellaro, a land full of viticulture history and traditions. Since 2005, Michele Giannetti and Alessandro Dal Piaz share the ownership of Tenuta di Castellaro. They have converted three historical ruins – Pomice, Ossidiana and Caolino – immersed in the vineyards, into micro residences. They are well-equipped with all the comforts and facilities, in respect of nature. The Pomice ruin situates in a privileged position, surrounded by lush vineyards. The Ossidiana ruin stands in an area where anyone can witness the magical sunset of Lipari, whereas, charming Alta vineyard surrounds Caolino.
