Grapes and Wines of Viña Edén

The main grape varietals grown at Viña Edén Winery include Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Tannat, Merlot, and Marselan. The best grapes are handpicked and processed at the winery to make their unique red, white, rosé, sparkling, and fortified wines. The winery won the Best Sparkling/Best Chardonnay/Best Fortified Wine of Uruguay at the 2020 Descorchados Guide and won 4 International Architecture Awards for the winery building.

It is possible to hold corporate and social events in their estate that has all excellent guest facilities. The winery building has three levels to make use of gravity flow in different stages of wine production. The reception and processing of grapes occur at the top level while wines’ maturation takes place in their cellar under controlled temperature and humidity.
