Leave Málaga in a comfortable vehicle and travel around 50 minutes to Mollina, in the countryside of northern Málaga. The day begins in an organic vineyard and olive grove, where your guide explains the local landscape, traditional dry farming and how grapes, almonds and olives are grown.
Continue to Bodegas Carpe Diem, part of SCAAVO, a working agricultural cooperative founded in 1977. This is not a staged tourist winery: depending on the activity taking place that day, you may see the bottling line, production areas, cellar, olive oil mill and table-olive facilities. Your guide connects traditional Málaga winemaking with the cooperative's modern production.
The tasting includes five wines, ranging from dry white and red wines to sparkling and naturally sweet styles, together with three extra virgin olive oils. The wines are accompanied by individual local tapas or small food pairings. Dietary requirements and allergies can be accommodated when advised in advance.
Round-trip transport from central Málaga is included. Groups are limited to eight guests, creating a relaxed and personal visit. The experience lasts approximately 5 hours 30 minutes and is conducted in English.
Meeting point: Plaza de la Marina 11, Málaga. Please arrive 10 minutes before departure and use the nearby facilities before leaving, as the next restroom stop is after the countryside visit.
