We have created this experience for all those who want to spend a day outdoors among the vineyards, leaving behind the stress of everyday life with delicious food and tasting a good glass of wine in good company.
The tour begins with a walk in the vineyards where, starting from an explanation of the winemaking traditions of Valpolicella, the main steps of the production of our grapes will be introduced, with references to organic farming. We will talk about harvesting to then continue to the winemaking rooms. We will complete the tour with a visit to the barrel room, where our wines are refined. Once the tour is over, we will sit down for a tasting of the 5 traditional red wines accompanied by cured meats, cheeses and other typical products.
Once the tasting is over, you can sit among the rows of our vineyards for a picnic lunch, which includes (per person):
Appetizer: stuffed focaccia
First course: baked lasagna with ragù
Side dish of the day
Sweet: chocolate dessert
Wine: 1 glass of Valpolicella Classico

ATTENTION: Please report any allergies or intolerances (gluten, lactose etc.) when booking and let us know of any particular needs (pregnancy menu, vegetarian, vegan etc.), we will be happy to find alternatives!
NB. In case of bad weather the experience will be rescheduled and lunch will be consumed in our internal rooms.

During our stay in the heart of Valpolicella we decided to visit one of the many wineries in the area and we chose La Dama Vini. We took a tour of the vineyards and the winery, which ended with a wine tasting accompanied by a platter of salami and local cheeses. The winery is beautiful and the wines excellent. In fact, we bought a nice trio: review of Amarone, Recioto and Valpolicella!

We booked the wine tasting and picnic in the vineyards at the end of August 2024. Very friendly staff. You learn a lot about the production, the grapes, etc. and the wines themselves also convinced me. I can recommend it if you are in Negrar.

Love and passion for making wine and being able to pass it on to your guests! Today we had a tour and tasting. Gabrielle took us through her story. The 1st generation of winemakers, along with her family, her story, that experience, can be tasted in the wine. If I could give 6 stars, I would!

We had a Wine Tasting at 11:00 on Wednesday 6th of August. Well what can I say about this place, I came into the tasting not liking wine as i prefer Whiskey, however I left with 3 bottles of wine. The Winery makes their wine all organic and without any chemicals what so ever so it doesn’t effect the taste. The Host was absolutely amazing, he took us around the winery explained everything and answered all questions we had, we felt completely comfortable during the tasting. Everything about this tour was 5/5 stars and our favourite one we’ve done so far. We would like to thank the Winery for their amazing hospitality. 100% recommended
