Join us for an exciting “Mojo Picón with Papas Arrugadas” workshop, where you'll learn to create the iconic Canary Islands sauce, Mojo. Our skilled chef will guide you through the process of making both red and green versions, using fresh ingredients like cilantro, parsley, or pumpkin. This hands-on experience is a highlight of the region's culinary heritage.

During the workshop, you will also enjoy a guided tour of our winery, where you can learn about our winemaking process and the unique characteristics of our wines.

⚙ INCLUDES

For the Mojos workshop with tasting, enjoy spreads such as watercress butter, almogrote, and Palmero chorizo, paired with cheese shavings on sponge cake, along with wrinkled potatoes and three glasses of our young wines.

For the Mojos workshop with lunch, savor a delightful meal featuring spreads of bread, watercress butter, almogrote, and Palmero chorizo, along with a succulent wood-fired roasted pork shoulder*, sweet vegetables, almond mojo, and a fresh salad with our Macho Monje vinegar. Finish with a dessert of cheese cream, wine sponge cake, and Hollera jam, plus coffee or infusion and three glasses of our young wines.

The dry white wine we had was very good. The views from the terrace are magnificent, from the Costa de Acentejo to Puerto de la Cruz and even Mount Teide.

A must-see in Tenerife! Restaurant, winery, activities and show... All in one place where the star is the wine. Felipe and his team are tireless in serving visitors. In addition, the location and architecture of the winery are reason enough to visit. I recommend it!

Our visit was very pleasant. The variety, quality, and quantity of wine were perfect. The lady who explained the wines to us speaks excellent English. However, the tasting room needs to be renovated, and the souvenirs are too expensive.

We booked a tasting and a tour. Don’t go here if you expect a French Chateau with Bordeaux wines. However, do go if you want a local wine tasting with amazing sunset views and surprisingly taste wines with flavours most people are not used to. The tour was excellent and one of the best I’ve had so far (had wine tours in Argentina, Italy and Slovenia) A must go if you visit Tenerife!
