Monolith is a distinctive white dry wine from Bairaktaris Estate, crafted as an expression of devotion to ancient Greek varieties. This blend of 40% Malagouzia, 30% Assyrtiko, and 30% Muscat is grown at high altitude (850-950m) in mountainous Corinth on 30-year-old vines. It offers a pale yellow-gold color with exotic aromas of mango, banana, and pineapple, paired with a round body and harmonious mouthfeel. Alcohol: 12.5%. Ideal with fish, oysters, mollusks, white meat, salads, pastas, and roasted vegetables.
