Roditis Sustainable is a special, eco-friendly expression of the Roditis grape variety, crafted with minimal intervention to highlight its unique character while respecting the environment. Grown at 650m altitude in mountainous Corinth with old vines averaging 70 years, this white wine showcases aromas of melon, bergamot, pear, bitter orange, kumquat, and green apple. It is full-bodied with elegant acidity and a refreshing fruity aftertaste. Alcohol: 12.7%. Perfectly paired with seafood, shellfish, green salads, vegetable risottos, and lemon pasta.
