Kidonitsa Rarus is crafted from densely planted vines that compete for nutrients, resulting in lower yields and a richer aromatic profile. Grown at 600m altitude in mountainous Corinth, this 100% Kidonitsa white wine is made with minimal intervention to preserve the unique character of the grape and terroir. It shows a pale white-yellow color with distinct aromas of quince, sweet citrus, and strong mineral notes. The palate is full-bodied with refreshing acidity and a long, lingering finish. Perfectly pairs with Greek fish and seafood, white meat, soft cheeses, and grilled vegetables.
